We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out, like when you can’t hit that high note in “Hopelessly Devoted.” Here’s how we handle returns:

1. Return Window: You’ve got 30 days from the day your Bear Grease goodies arrive to request a return. After that, we assume you and your items are meant to be!

2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition (Kohkum wouldn’t accept a jar of half-used Bear Grease, and neither can we).

3. How to Start a Return: Shoot us an email at ( ) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process faster than Greased Lightning!

4. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive the returned item. (Bear Grease magic takes 5-10 business days to show up in your account.)
